Accepted art work that must be shipped needs to arrive at the Gilpin Arts Gallery between Tuesday, August 2 and Saturday, August 27. Shipped art work must be sent in a substantial reusable container. A prepaid return shipping label with your name and address must be enclosed. (FedEx, UPS. or DHL only). Your name and address must also be on the back of the painting. Please NO peanuts or shred material is allowed. If you have any questions, call Jeremy Jones at 720-398-9848. We'd really like this to be easy for you. If you are in the Denver area and have a schedule conflict, arrange to drop your work at 14729 W. 86th Place in Arvada prior to August 26th. Call Jeremy (720-398-9848) first to get directions because your navigator may not work in this area.
If your painting arrives damaged you will be notified as to how you wish repairs to be handled. Also if your painting sells, you will be notified and asked if you wish your shipping container to be returned to you.
